  • Identity Data: Full Name, Citizenship(s) held, and Current Tax Residency.

  • Financial & Strategic Data: Estimated Net Worth brackets (e.g., <$10M, $10M–$50M, <$50M) and primary objectives (Tax, Mobility, Asset Protection, Lifestyle).
  • Communication Data: Any information shared via our Crisp CRM system, including live chat, social media Direct Messages (DMs), and contact form submissions.

3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

The security of your sensitive information is our primary priority.

  • Encryption: All client data is transferred and stored using end-to-end encryption.
  • Proton Drive: Quantavia Services Limited utilizes Proton Drive—a secure, Swiss-based, encrypted storage solution—to house all client records and diagnostic data. This data is owned and operated exclusively by the parent company, Quantavia Services Limited.
  • Sovereign Control: By using zero-access encryption, we ensure that no third party, including the storage provider, can access your files.

4. USE OF DATA AND THIRD PARTIES

  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purposes.
  • Crisp CRM: We utilize Crisp as our centralized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to manage incoming communications across email, social media, and web forms. Data processed through Crisp is used solely for the purpose of managing our relationship with you.
  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose data only when required to do so by the laws of the Federal Territory of Labuan or the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) in the course of statutory compliance.

5. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

We process your data to:

  • • Perform preliminary due diligence and vetting prior to formal engagement.
  • • Provide strategic consulting services regarding global structuring and residency.
  • • Comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations applicable in Labuan.

6. DATA RETENTION

In accordance with Labuan statutory requirements, Quantavia Services Limited retains corporate and client records for a period of seven (7) years. Following this period, or upon successful withdrawal of consent (where legal obligations allow), data is permanently purged from our encrypted servers.
